Find the right tool
Search for the calculation you want to make, or browse the categories. Each calculator has its own input fields and instructions.
Check the input labels
Use the units requested by the tool. For example, a field may ask for kilograms, months, meters, or a percentage. Keep the original and comparison values in the same unit when the instructions require it.
Review the result
Check your inputs and read the explanation alongside the result. Rounding and assumptions can differ between calculators.
Try a worked example
Where a calculator includes an example, try those inputs first to see how its controls and output work.
